Job Description

- Position Title: Construction Design Manager
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.30am – 6.30pm; Sat, 9.30am – 12.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Manage the full project lifecycle—planning schedules, implementing work, and overseeing site operations—from concept through completion, including TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) and DLP (Defects Liability Period) stages.
- Read and produce architectural, structural, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) drawings.
- Set and manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop creative exterior and interior layouts for residential projects.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders and conduct regular site visits to report on progress.
