Responsibilities:
Manage Construction ServicesDepartment
Work directly with clients and contractors
Assist with project design
Manage staff and their assignments
Mentor/train junior staff
Serve as project manager on complex
projects
Prepare proposals/contracts
Monitor progress schedule/shop

Review pay requests and verify work
is completed
Travel to job sites as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction Engineering
12+ years of experience in construction or municipal engineering
PE License preferred
Experience in construction management of municipal/public improvement projects (water mains, wastewater mains, and roadways)
