About the Role
Job Summary
:The Construction Automation Lead is responsible for the day-to-day execution, support, and supervision of Construction Automation activities on an assigned construction project. This role serves as the primary on‑site delivery lead for digital tools, workflows, and system integrations supporting construction, project controls, ES&H, commissioning and startup, turnover activities, and other construction systems and platforms.
The Construction Automation Lead combines hands-on subject matter expertise with first‑line supervisory responsibility. The role focuses on tactical execution, issue resolution, user adoption, and consistent application of approved M&T Construction Automation standards, tools, and configurations in the field.
Major Responsibilities:
