About the Role

1. Sourcing & Vendor Management

- Find new suppliers for consignment (pay-as-you-sell).

- Negotiate commission rates and return terms.



2. Product Selection & Planning

- Select the right products based on market trends.

- Decide which items go to which stores (Stock Allocation).



3. Sales Analysis

- Monitor daily sales to see what is selling fast or slow.

- Request replenishment for hot items and return slow-moving stock.



4. Visual Merchandising

- Ensure products are displayed attractively to attract customers.

- Plan for promotions and seasonal sales.



5. Inventory & Reporting

- Perform regular stock counts (Stock Take).

- Coordinate with Finance for monthly sales settlement and payments.
