About the Role
Description
eeking a Condominium Manager for the Ottawa/Prescott-Russell area to oversee all operational and financial aspects of condo management, including budget control, maintenance, board meetings, and Reserve Fund Studies. Unless you hold a CMRAO license, you will work under the supervision of a licensed manager.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Coordinating contractors, preparing board meetings and legal documents (Status Certificates, PIC, NOIC, UIC)
- Managing financial tasks like bank reconciliations
- Providing 24/7 emergency troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have at least one year of condo management experience, a CMRAO General or Limited License
- Strong knowledge of Condo Law.
- Bilingualism (English/French)
- Ability to work both on-site and in-office are required.
