Concrete Yard Foreman

Enterprise Precast Concrete is the nation’s premier provider of high quality architectural precast components for decades. We provide products from architectural panels and custom architectural fabrication to site furnishings and design/build consultation. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated finishing lead. The Concrete Yard Foreman will be working directly with the Finishing Manager and Plant Manager to make sure all personnel are allocated correctly and work on product that needs to be finished and coordinate outgoing loads.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent Foreman or other leadership position


• 5+ years of equipment operating experience (Mijacks,Forklifts, Skid Loaders, Lifts, etc.)


• Ability to lift up to 50lbs


• Ability to work outside for most of your shift


• Good communication skills
