Concierge Agent (Banff)

Job Description

Starting Rate: $25.00 per hour. Hourly rates increase after six months, yearly to three years, and at three years the pay rate would be $30.53.

Job Duties Include:

• Offer assistance to guests in making reservations and arranging for dining, spa, golf, activities and tours; for example, horseback riding, limousine services, theatre tickets, sporting events.
• Provide correct and accurate information on tourist sites and activities, including knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Log reservations, create confirmations and itineraries, and be well‑versed in iConcierge, Open Table, Spa Soft and Royal Service Manager programs.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Royal Service, Guest Services or Front Desk is an asset.
• Member of Les Clefs d’Or is an asset.
