About the Role
Mainly responsible for eMotor lamination and magnet development tasks and be internal interface for technical discussion on related topics of eMotor lamination and magnet.
Responsible for the development of motor components, primarily lamination and magnet. Formulate technical solutions for motor components based on customer requirements, and coordinate with other departments to complete component development, prototype manufacturing, product validation and related work. Develop and manage component design-related documents, including 3D models & drawings, FEA analysis reports, DFMEA, CAMDS, etc. Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues encountered during the component development process. Support technical issues of assembly or sub-assembly which can be contributed by components.
