About the Role

We're recruiting for a Compliance Technical Consultant to join our helpdesk team and support SimplyBiz members from a compliance perspective to ensure they meet compliance standards regarding FCA regulations.

This role is based in our Huddersfield office where we operate a hybrid working model, providing a balance of home and office working.

What you'll be doing

  • Researching and investigating queries from our Member Firms and providing robust, prompt and complete answers
  • Maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry changes and relaying this to our members in a clear, easily understood manner
  • Assisting firms with the completion of RegData by advising them how to gather data, complete and cross validate the return
