Location: London (Head Office)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Working Pattern: Hybrid (50/50)

Reports to: Head of Compliance Monitoring

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Reporting Specialist to join our Risk & Compliance team at Hampshire Trust Bank.

This role is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to how conduct and compliance risks are identified, monitored and escalated within a regulated financial services environment. You'll play a key role in coordinating, analysing and enhancing compliance management information (MI) and reporting, helping to provide valuable insight to senior stakeholders and governance committees.
