Compliance Officer & MLRO

The Compliance Officer & MLRO is responsible for ensuring the Company's compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, laws, and internal policies. The role oversees the Company's compliance framework, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and regulatory reporting obligations while acting as the primary point of contact with the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and other relevant regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Monitor the Company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks.
• Advise and support senior management on regulatory and compliance matters.
