? What You’ll Be Doing as Compliance Manager


  • Oversee and continuously improve the site’s Quality Management System



  • Manage internal and external audits (NADCAP, AS9100, BSI, customer-led)



  • Drive change through process controls, compliance training, and KPI management



  • Manage approvals, calibration, specification reviews, and periodic testing



  • Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals<...
