About the Role

Main Duties and Responsibilities 1. Regional Compliance Programme Management • Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Africa Regional Compliance Programme in alignment with Global Integrity & Compliance requirements. • Ensure effective implementation and operationalisation of Global and Regional compliance policies, procedures, standards and controls across the Africa Region. • Develop, maintain and periodically review regional compliance SOPs, guidance documents, templates and governance processes tailored to country-specific requirements. • Support the embedding of ethical business practices and a culture of compliance throughout all business operations. • Monitor evolving pharmaceutical, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, privacy and healthcare regulations across African markets and recommend appropriate implementation measures. 2.
