We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Lead to join our Site Quality team in Lachen . In this pivotal role, you will lead and continuously enhance the site’s Quality Compliance and Data Integrity (DI) framework, ensuring full alignment with regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and business objectives.

You will act as a key driver of inspection readiness, quality system excellence, and compliance culture, working cross‑functionally across the site and collaborating with global stakeholders.
