Overview

This role ensures organizational adherence to regulatory requirements while managing government relations and operational compliance across all assigned sites. It bridges compliance enforcement with proactive government and regulatory engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the site compliance framework including licensing permits and regulatory documentation.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and gap assessments across all sites.
• Ensure timely renewal and tracking of all regulatory permits and licenses.
• Develop and maintain compliance registers, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant government bodies, regulatory authorities and enforcement agencies.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes that may impact operations and advise leadership proactively.
• Support Branch Managers in managing regulatory interfaces at site level.
