• This position ensures all new locations are compliant with state-specific cannabis regulations, oversees staff training, supports operational readiness, and drives post-launch audits and compliance programs.
• This is a highly dynamic role requiring extensive travel, cross-functional collaboration, and deep regulatory knowledge.
