Compliance Analyst, Testing (Toronto)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of the bank-wide RCM Program.
• Support independent Monitoring and Testing, Quality Assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank’s policies & procedures.
• Assist in the maintenance and execution of the Bank's Compliance Testing procedures.
• Assist with developing/updating policies and procedures based on updated regulatory requirements, and/or changed business processes, and monitor their implementation.
• Identify and document issues, collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop action plans for issue resolution, and ensure all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
• Coordinate Compliance-related projects, follow up with internal/external stakeholders, track progress, and ensure actions are taken in a timely and quality manner as per project plan.
