About the Role
General Accountabilities
:- Analysis & Research: Conduct market trend analysis, salary surveys, and cost analysis to benchmark compensation/benefits against competitors.
- Program Design: Develop and implement salary structures, job grades, and incentive plans.
- Job Evaluation: Evaluate job descriptions to determine classification, exempt/non-exempt status, and salary levels.
- Consultation: Advise HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related issues and policy interpretation.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local wage/hour laws.
- Administration: Manage compensation data, process pay transactions, and support benefits enrollment.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and provide data for executive review and strategic planning.
