About the Role

Project Leadership of the Annual Compensation Cycle

  • Co-lead the end-to-end annual compensation review cycle with the Regional Rewards team, covering planning, system setup, execution, and post-cycle evaluation.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate project steering committee meetings, provide regular progress updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and support key decision-making.
  • Identify potential risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

System Design, Configuration and Governance
