About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, review, and analyze personnel costs and operating costs to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives
  • Manage and execute compensation review processes, including salary adjustments, annual reviews, and remuneration planning
  • Analyze compensation structures and provide recommendations to maintain internal equity and external market competitiveness
  • Design, develop, and implement compensation and benefits policies, programs, and procedures
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and collaborate with external consultants to evaluate market trends and compensation positioning
