About the Role

            How will you make an impact in this role? Key Responsibilities Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies tailored to the needs of employees in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Chile. 
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all four countries. 
Conduct frequent market monitoring to ensure benefits competitiveness. 
Collaborate with Colleague Experience Group teams locally and globally to align compensation and benefits programs with the company's strategic objectives and frameworks. 
Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance and pension plans, among others. 
Provide guidance and support to Colleague Experience Group teams and leaders in the different business units on compensation and benefits matters. 
Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations proactively.
