Compensation & Benefits Internship

Location: Hybrid work model (office in St. Joan Despí – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Type: Paid internship through a university agreement

Join our team as a Compensation and Benefits Intern and take part in a key EMEA-wide project . You’ll gain valuable experience learning about benefits practices across different countries, benchmarking market trends, and supporting core compensation activities.

As part of the project team, you will support the implementation of the EC Benefits module in SuccessFactors across the EMEA region. You will work closely with local HR teams, help gather and structure data, and assist in stakeholder communication throughout the process.
