Key Responsibilities

  • C&B Strategy & Framework Development: Design, implement, and continuously optimize compensation structures (base pay, allowances, incentives) aligned with Philippine market benchmarks (e.g., Aon, Mercer PH surveys), internal equity, and PalmPay’s growth stage.
  • Total Rewards Administration: Oversee end-to-end management of statutory and discretionary benefits — including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO,...
