COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OFFICER

Functional Overview:

The Compensation & Benefits Officer is accountable to the Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager/Manager for providing accurate, timely and efficient government report for internal & external employees. Compensation & Benefits Officer will assist in the provision of an advisory and consultancy service to management and staff on a range of Compensation and Benefits related matters. Compensation & Benefits Officer also provides accurate, timely and efficient payroll services to internal, TAAS employees & Managed services; for complex payroll calculations and transactions.
