Compassionate OT for Mission-Driven Rehab

CHSGa is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care and support in a skilled nursing facility rehabilitation setting. You will collaborate with the Rehabilitation Director and other disciplines to ensure effective case management and quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a current Georgia license, with preference for 2 years of SNF rehab experience. EEO/ M/F/D/V/Drug Free Workplace.
