Job Description
  1. Assist in organizing and preparing agendas, notices, and minutes of Board Meetings and Committee Meetings.
  2. Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, Stock Exchange requirements, and other applicable corporate laws.
  3. Coordinate and support Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs), and Shareholders‘ Meetings.
  4. Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings as per the Companies Act.
  5. Handle listing compliance and timely submission of reports/disclosures to Stock Exchanges.
  6. Support investor relations activities and address investor/shareholder queries.
