As a Community Physiotherapist you will assess and treat patients mainly in their own home. You will be responsible for a caseload of patients as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will work alongside Community Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Support Workers. You are asked to work flexibly to the needs of our patients and families. 

Working Pattern: To be agreed - over hours. Service demands are 8-8/7 days a week.
