    • We are looking for a Navigator & Programme Facilitator to support and come alongside people, as they seek improved wellness and life outcomes. Offering advocacy, life skills education, service resources and wider community connection in our Community Ministries at The Salvation Army. 


    The key tasks are to:

  • Deliver an empathetic, and responsive service for people, families, and communities

  • To grow confidence in people as they manage important issues in their lives 

  • To refer and broker relationship development with internal and external services that support the achievement of a person's goals
