Community executive - sports and endurance

About the Role: Design, lead, and scale BHIVE's triathlon and endurance sports & community across locations. If you race in your free time, love helping others chase their fitness dreams, and have the discipline to build programs that scale— this role is for you. You'll drive corporate engagement, develop athletes, and use endurance as a retention engine.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Design: Develop structured running and triathlon programs across levels—5 K runners to 70.3 athletes Coaching & Development: Lead training cohorts, mentor members, identify and develop community captains Corporate Engagement: Drive participation at named-account level; position endurance as a retention lever Ecosystem Building: Build networks of coaches, nutritionists, performance experts; manage partnerships with race organizers Data & Reporting: Create dashboards tracking participation, athlete progression, and account-level impact Event & Program Execution: E...
