JOB TITLE: Communal Services Cleaner
LOCATION: Eastleigh
SALARY: Up to £27,976 per annum + van + benefits

We are looking to fill the role of a Communal Services Cleaner within a housing environment, Our client is ambitious and have a huge 5 year plan which we are seeking an CSC to assist with, their main aim is to create a sustainable future for social housing, building new homes and investing in existing ones creating vibrant, thriving communities.
Role:
Cleaning of all communal areas, entrances, stairwells, windows, corridors, bin stores and areas identified within the cleaning specification. This will include but is not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, washing of floors, walls, ceilings, doors and other fixtures and fittings; cleaning of internal windows (using ladders where required), litter picking, graffiti re...
