Commissions Operation Accountant (Telecom)

End-to-end commission management, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant commission calculations, payments, and accruals across all channels. And support commercial teams with advisory insights while maintaining strong financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commission operations, including monthly payments, accruals, validation, and advisory support to the commercial team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Review, assess, and improve commission policies and schemes, identify risk areas, and propose alternative solutions to management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial controls to safeguard against errors, omissions, and fraud, ensuring compliance and timely balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing documentation and explanations during audit processes.
