Commis Chef

With an outdoor terrace overlooking Camden’s eclectic food market and canal, Lockside Camden combines a bar atmosphere with a dance floor focus. 

As a Commis Chef you are expected to assist with the successful running of the business, your tasks will
include (but are not necessarily limited to):

• Supporting the chefs in the kitchen with their daily tasks. 
• Be
  involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen skill level permitting. 
• Ensuring that
  the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting, and organizing deliveries. 
• Adhering to
  all health and safety and food safety practices. Be a positive member of the team and communicate well
  with others around you.
