Commis Chef

About the role

As a Commis Chef, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:

• Work underneath one of our experienced chefs to support the kitchen team.
• Prepare all the ingredients for our fine dining menus.
• Operate all the kitchen equipment needed to deliver great food experiences for our customers.
• Show we are obsessed with customer and colleague experience and service by maintaining a high standard of hygiene, health and safety.
• Develop a high level of food knowledge.
• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it.
• Flexibility is a must; hospitality service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
