Key Responsibilities

  • Source and secure new commercial sales and leasing listings
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close commercial property transactions
  • Conduct property inspections, presentations, and client meetings
  • Manage the full sales and leasing lifecycle from appraisal to settlement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, buyers, and tenants

About You
