About the Role
**Job Title: Commercial Painter**
As a Commercial Painter, you will perform essential painting services in hospitals and healthcare facilities. Your work will enhance the appearance of buildings, increase surface durability, and ensure safety by providing easy-to-clean surfaces that are resistant to disinfectants.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks and holes.
+ Apply paints, varnishes, and sealants using brushes or rollers.
+ Protect surfaces by covering exposed objects and areas with tarps and masking tape.
+ Repair and prepare drywall, including mudding and spackling.
+ Paint the rooms and corridors on each floor.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 2-3 years of experience in commercial painting.
