Position: Commercial Operations Staff

We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Operations Staff to support the Warehouse & Distribution team in managing commercial agreements, rebate programs, and cost monitoring to ensure smooth operations and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing commercial agreements and rebate programs
• Calculate incentives such as rebates, discounts, FOC goods, and customer accommodations
• Process and monitor Credit Notes and related documentation
• Track and monitor contracts, agreements, and supporting documents
• Monitor and analyze warehouse and distribution costs (OPEX, OWF, etc.)
• Review and validate trucker billings and related reports
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams
