About the Role
Commercial Manager – Small Works (IND1)
TXM Recruit are looking for An experienced construction leader with a strong commercial background, proven ability to drive profitability, lead high-performing teams, manage contracts and financial performance, and successfully deliver multiple projects while building strong client relationships to join one of the Uks Largest construction companies as part of their Small Works FM Team. This role is a managerial role as the 2nd in charge to the “Head of Small Works”. It will benefit someone with a commercial/contractual background.
* Schedule – Monday to Friday with travel and staying away expected
* Salary - £70,000 - £75,000
* Location - National Coverage, Remote working accepted.
* Extras – Accommodation supplied, Bonuses
