Commercial Legal Counsel (Relocation to Valencia)

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team on-site in Valencia, Spain . The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the iGaming industry and independently handle complex commercial and corporate matters, support cross‑functional teams, and ensure the business meets all regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review a wide range of legal agreements, including commercial contracts (Marketing Agreements, IOs, T&Cs, License Agreements) and corporate agreements (Share Purchase Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements).
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to technology platforms, payment solutions, PSPs, banking partners, affiliates, and B2B integrations.
