Job Summary


Seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager/Office Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and growing small commercial insurance accounts while ensuring the smooth operation of an office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and a passion for delivering exceptional service.


Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $55,000 annually

  • Commission: 25% on new business and 5% on renewals, with potential for escalation based on sales performance
