About the Role

We’re working with a well-established creative agency based near Gatwick that partners with leading household brands. They’re looking for a Commercial & Finance Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative team working 20 hours per week.

This part-time role is ideal for someone returning to work or looking for flexibility while staying close to the creative industry. You’ll support the finance and project teams with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth commercial processes across multiple exciting brand projects.
The Role:
  • Prepare and maintain project budgets and financial records.
  • Track and update budgets using Excel and internal tools.
  • Support with invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Prepare summary reports and presentations for internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with general admin duties.
  • Liaise across departments to ensure timely and accurate financial updates.
