Position: Commercial Executive

Location: Johannesburg or East London

Requirements

• Grade 12.
• A degree in Commerce, Business Management, or Marketing (MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus).
• At least 10 years’ commercial leadership experience, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success in growing revenue, leading teams, and managing key accounts.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Solid understanding of brand development, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
• A hands-on leader who combines strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver.
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and collaborative in approach
• Valid drivers license.
• Candidate can be based in either Johannesburg or East London.
