Job Summary

Property Development business are seeking to hire a Development Manager to join their Liverpool based operation.

The role is a true mix of development matters, including;

Aid in the identification of new commercial development opportunities, along with their appraisal.

Create repots for board approval.

Be involved in the delivering of development schemes (from inception to hand over)

Manage professional teams, (including planners, architects, engineers, legal professionals etc)

The role would suit someone at Development Manager or Assistant Development Manager grade, seeking to progress to the next step.

This post is offered at circa £50 - £65,000 + Benefits, dependent upon experience.
