Commercial Account Manager, Insurance Brokering Services

CURIE (Canadian Universities Reciprocal Insurance Exchange) located in Burlington, Ontario delivers cost-effective, solution-based commercial insurance and risk management services to its members – Canadian post‑secondary institutions in 9 provinces across the country. CURIE is seeking to hire an established Commercial Account Manager with a minimum of 5 years to support our insurance brokerage (CISL) operations.

This role is responsible for providing day‑to‑day service to our members’ insurance programs and those of affiliated businesses. Core responsibilities include policy administration and client support, risk advisory services, coverage expertise, and supporting the SVP with client relationship management. The Account Manager will work closely with the SVP and other team members in a collaborative client‑management approach.
