Collections Team Lead

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Collections Team Lead to oversee daily operations of the collections team. Key Responsibilities:



Lead, coach, and motivate a team of collections agents to achieve performance targets



Monitor daily productivity, call quality, and collection efficiency
