Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist with a strong Accounts Receivable background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing outstanding accounts through proactive outbound calling and email communication, along with strong systems skills and a high level of accuracy. This role is responsible for following up on past-due balances, maintaining positive client relationships, and supporting overall cash flow objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
+ Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to follow up on overdue invoices
