The Job
As a Collections Officer, you'll manage a portfolio of consumer accounts sitting at 60+ days overdue, working proactively to re engage customers and secure sustainable repayment outcomes ahead of further escalation. Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing inbound and outbound contact with customers in arrears to understand individual circumstances
