About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Collection Manager to lead the collections function for residential real estate projects. The role involves driving timely collections, managing customer relationships, overseeing receivables, and leading the CRM team to ensure seamless customer service and collection operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CRM team for residential projects.
• Drive collection targets and ensure timely recovery of customer payments.
• Oversee end-to-end collection activities, including demand generation and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure timely issuance of demand letters as per construction milestones.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and prepare aging analysis reports.
