Position Summary

The Collections Escalations & Bad Debts Specialist will own the full Accounts Receivable (A/R) lifecycle, ensuring timely collections, managing escalated accounts, and driving accountability around outstanding balances. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and reducing bad debt exposure across the organization.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, highly organized, and comfortable handling difficult financial conversations professionally and effectively.
