Collections & Claims Specialist KSA

JOB PURPOSEThis role exists to ensure operational excellence in the end-to-end cash collection and claims management cycle. Corresponding with customers to close open invoices, settle claims, resolve disputes, and reconcile balances. Coordinating with colleagues in logistics and sales for open actions and to highlight risks or manage bad debts..
