The department is responsible for upholding established standards while delivering outstanding customer service in a professional environment.
- Make outbound calls to accounts with overdue payments
- Receive inbound calls from accounts with overdue payments
- Handle accounts with recovered assets
- Review accounts for asset recovery
- Conduct customer location investigations (skip tracing)
- Review financial hardship cases related to loans
- Establish appropriate arrangements with customers behind on payments
- Identify accounts that require management review
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
